Jill's agency background includes senior leadership and strategic roles with renowned firms such as VML, MMGY Global, and Intouch Group/Eversana. In these positions, she has spearheaded the development of integrated marketing and media strategies taking a client, audience and data-first approach. Notably, Jill played a pivotal role in building out the first digital marketing disciplines in the early days of VML and MMGY, demonstrating her forward-thinking approach and adaptability to industry changes.
In 2019, Jill founded her own consultancy, JCG Marketing, to provide integrated marketing and media solutions for brands and agencies across the Midwest and West Coast.
