How to Submit Your Idea:


  1. Idea Title: Give your session a compelling title that captures the essence of your topic.
  2. Description: Provide a detailed description of what your session will cover. Include key points and what attendees will learn.
  3. Speaker Info: Tell us about yourself. Include your background, expertise, and any previous speaking experiences if applicable.
  4. Preferred Format: Workshop, panel, talk, interactive session, etc.
  5. Estimated Duration: How long will your session be?
  6. Audience Takeaway: What will attendees gain from attending your session?


Submission Guidelines:


  • All submissions must be original and related to the field of artificial intelligence.
  • Please ensure your session idea promotes an inclusive and respectful environment.
  • Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis, and you will be contacted within two weeks if your proposal is shortlisted.
