I have been a part of the Kansas City AI Club since January 2024, and it has been an incredible experience. The club offers engaging events, insightful discussions, and a welcoming community.

My first event was a social gathering in November 2023, where I met many like-minded individuals eager to geek out about the coolness of AI tech. The sense of community and shared enthusiasm was palpable.

The next event I attended was at the SelectQuote campus in Overland Park, Kansas. I was totally blown away by the panel session and learned about a fantastic project the internal AI team had developed to assist their call center with AI-driven call screening. The insights gained from these sessions have been invaluable.

I was so inspired by the community and the leadership, especially Chris Kovac, that I volunteered to help out wherever needed. I took on the challenge of rebuilding the club's website from WordPress to a stronger platform. While there is still a lot to do over the next few months, we successfully launched the new website last week, and things are going well.

The Kansas City AI Club has significantly expanded my knowledge and passion for AI, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in this field. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, there's something for everyone at the Kansas City AI Club.
